Setting Up and Moving In

eEmerge has had companies take occupancy in as little as a few hours, but typically companies use a 1-2 week window from initial space viewing to move-in.

Requirements

Move-in requirements include:

• Five signed original license agreements
• First month's license and set-up fees
• Refundable security deposit
• Certificate of insurance
• List of employee names

Pricing

The offices are priced on a daily or monthly rate. eEmerge considers a variety of factors including type of space, location, length of term and market conditions when determining pricing.

Terms range from one day to one year. All license terms are flexible, with the option to go month-to-month, add additional space, or downsize as needed.
