eEmerge Signs Denver-based Media Tenant In Temporary Office

In a deal at eEmerge’s new temporary office space facility, just built within the SL Green-owned building, 28 W. 44th St., Denver-based Weaver Multimedia Group has committed to flex space for at least one month prior to occupying its permanent premises across the street from SL Green-owned 19 W. 44th St.

Melissa Libner, senior managing director of eEmerge, negotiated the deal on behalf of eEmerge, while CBRE’s Jodi Roberts and Matthew Bergey, both senior associates, acted for the tenant.

Weaver, which specializes in generating business for the travel and tourism industry by creating top-quality, effective media programs, has just been awarded a five-year contract to work for NYC & Company, the City’s official tourism marketing organization.

“We were very pleased to be able to house Weaver temporarily at 28 W. 44th St., while its long-term lease at 19 W. 44th St. is in the process of being negotiated. The convenience factor gives eEmerge a huge advantage over its competitors,” said Ms. Roberts. Weaver will operate temporarily out of a corner office on the 15th floor of the 22-story building.
