Alex serves as the Managing Director of Emerge212, overseeing all aspects of the company. She has always been intrigued by the real estate game and the necessity to balance strategy with economics. Alex began her career working in property management at Penmark Realty. She further honed her real estate valuation and analytical skills working as a business analyst at North American Realty, Manhattan's leading purchaser of unsold residential cooperative sponsor units. A lifetime NYC resident, Alex graduated from The Dalton School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance at NYU. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York as well as a member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and Israel Bonds, and she serves on the Commercial Board of her cooperative apartment building. In 2010, Crains NY Business selected Alex as one of its "40 under 40," a list of people on the rise. One of Alex's favorite things about being a New Yorker is her ability to stroll through Central Park with Chewy, her beloved goldendoodle.

James has been with Emerge212 for over five years. Prior to joining Emerge212, he spent several years as the Marketing & Events Manager for Time Warner Center for The Related Companies, where he focused on creating a dynamic, experiential environment at The Shops at Columbus Circle and fulfilling sponsorship contracts. He also freelanced for Tishman-Speyer's Rockefeller Center, managing prominent and exciting New York City events like the renowned Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. James holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from NYU and a real estate broker license in the State of New York. He has a passion for joining the worlds of real estate and marketing together, and he appreciates the opportunity to take an entrepreneurial approach to all facets of the business. He serves a dual role at Emerge212, as Director and as Managing Director of Emerge212 Boutique Concept Space, which he formed as a third offering under the Emerge212 umbrella. Here James leads the exciting initiatives of activating all types of NYC real estate assets for marketing campaigns, events, pop-up shops, film shoots and more. This native New Yorker supports his hometown with philanthropic work for various NYC charities. What he loves most about the city is taking early morning runs along the Hudson River.

Kristin joined the Emerge212 team after working in the theater and television industry, where she helped develop a new casting agency. Emerge212's unique business model aligns perfectly with Kristen's experience, knowledge and broad set of skills. She has ample opportunity for thinking out of the box, interacting with clients and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Kristin's favorite thing about New York City is working in Times Square, where she's near every subway line and always close to the TKTS booth!

After working as an Office Manager in the special events industry, Stephanie is excited to bring her passion for coordination and detail to the Emerge212 operations team. She joined Emerge212 in 2009 and currently handles and oversees operations client services at our 28 W. 44th 1515 Broadway location. She also assists with development of Emerge212's new Boutique Concept Space. In her free time, Stephanie loves cooking and baking. One of her favorite things about New York is knowing she can find a Starbucks on almost every street corner!

A graduate of John Carroll University, Meghan joined the Emerge212 team in 2012. She comes from a diverse work background that includes sales, marketing and hospitality at such companies as Condé Nast, Mindshare and Goldman Sachs. She enjoys the interaction she has with clients on a daily basis and strives to deliver the platinum service that Emerge212 was built upon. In her spare time she designs custom cakes and floral arrangements for weddings and various other events. She loves New York for the endless opportunities to discover something new and exciting.

Before joining the Emerge212 team four years ago, Reese was a Desktop Support Technician, handling the day-to-day IT needs of a Bronx-based paper supplier. A graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Reese is certified in CompTIA A+ and Network+ and is working toward Microsoft certifications. This lifelong New York resident loves how NYC offers something for everyone.

A graduate of Lehman College with a BS in Accounting, Deborah joined the Emerge212 team in 2006 to manage and oversee the company's financials. Prior to joining the team, Deborah worked for Atlantic Recording Corp for 10 years as the Accounts Receivable Manager. A native of Jamaica, W.I., Deborah enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as contributing many hours to her favorite charities. She likes living in NYC because she has the opportunity to see and meet people from everywhere. She can travel the world without leaving home!

Joining Emerge212 in January 2013, Megan brought her cross-departmental background from having served 6 years at Jones Lang LaSalle. From Project Management on the re-building of the Empire State Building, to her time spent along side the President of the New York region focusing on Brokerage, Marketing and Ops, Megan now serves to head the leasing efforts for all Emerge212 business centers, as well as the management of existing tenants. With a passion for art and creativity, she is excited to get her hands on the marketing aspect of the business, including social media, advertising, and event planning. Megan graduated from American University’s Kogod School of Business in Washington, DC, and also holds a New York Real Estate Sales Person License. An avid traveller, having lived and worked abroad in Spain, she loves discovering new countries and cultures. Her favorite thing about New York is the interesting, diverse friends and the amazing food!

Anna joined the Emerge212 team in January of 2013, and brought with her years of experience in the hospitality industry including marketing, event planning, sales, and catering . She graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Communications, and during her time at school tutored Public Speaking at the center for student learning. Anna worked in Atlanta as the Marketing & Events Manager for a microbrewery and event space, and then transferred into meeting planning, working for several years in the Convention Services department for the Omni Hotel at CNN Center. Her favorite part about New York is the diversity, and that there is always something new to see and do.
